Software Support Policy for BIOXCESS TA V2 and Introduction of BIOXCESS TA V3

Dear Valued Clients,

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding the support policy for our software.

Our current system, BIOXCESS TA V2, will continue to be fully supported until 31 December 2027.

Effective 1 January 2028, support and maintenance services for BIOXCESS TA V2 will be discontinued. Clients are required to upgrade to BIOXCESS TA V3, which will be available at an applicable upgrade cost.

We are also pleased to announce that BIOXCESS TA V3 is now available and can be installed with immediate effect. Full support services for this new version are already in place.

We strongly encourage all clients to plan their upgrade in advance to ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted system operation.
