It is highly recommended not to delete employees from the system entirely. Instead, suspend the employee to retain their profile and maintain access to their history.

Next, you need to remove the User ID from the devices to prevent the employee from accessing the office for access control purposes..

  • 1) Under the same EMPLOYEE screen, click Delete Employee | Terminal
  • 2) Select Show Suspended Employee
  • 3) Select desired devices and suspended Employee ID, eg. Side Door and 640 respectively
  • 4) Click Confirm
  • 5) Please ensure that the Status displays "SUCCESS" once the process is completed. If it shows "Fail", please troubleshoot the system's network connection

As for the reporting, you may notice that there is an option to display suspended staff. You can choose whether to include or exclude records of suspended staff as needed.
