How To Edit User ID From Software To Devices

Ensure that you download the attendance logs before modifying the User ID. Failing to do so will prevent you from retrieving the attendance logs associated with the old User ID after it has been updated.

  • 1) Go to System Setup -> SYSTEM PARAMETER
  • 2) Check "Enable edit user ID" to enable the feature
  • 3) Click Save
  • 4) Go to Dashboard -> EMPLOYEE
  • 5) Double click the Employee ID you wish to change. Follow the steps below:
  • (1) Input New Employee ID
  • (2) Click Edit
  • (3) Verify that the new ID is displayed in the "New Employee ID" field
  • (4) Uncheck "Edit Employee PC Only"
  • (5) Click "Confirm Edit Employee ID" to proceed
  • (6) Ensure the Status displays "Success". If it shows "Fail", please troubleshoot the system's network connection
