Software Installation

  • 2) Unzip BIOXCESSTA.zip (please take note on update folder, you will need to run UpdateTA x64.exe or UpdateTA x86.exe later)
  • 3) Run Setup.exe to install BIOXCESS TA Software (Right Click on Setup.exe, select Run As Administrator)
  • 4) Do not run BIOXCESS TA Software for now, update to the latest version in the following steps
  • 5) You can find UpdateTA x64.exe and UpdateTA x86.exe inside update folder
  • 6) If you are on Windows 64-bit, please run UpdateTA x64.exe; if Windows 32-bit, please run UpdateTA x86.exe (Right Click on UpdateTA xxx.exe, select Run As Administrator)
  • 7) Complete. You may now run the BIOXCESS Software with the icon on Desktop (Right Click on BIOXCESS icon, select Run As Administrator)

* Must turn off Antivirus and Windows Security
* Set exclusion at Antivirus and Windows Security

Software Login

  • 1) Right click to run BIOXCESS software as Administrator
  • 2) User ID: admin; Password: admin
  • 3) Choose License Version
  • 4) Key in your Company Name (the rest or info are not mandatory)
  • 5) Skip all Settings and go straight to Dashboard

Add Devices

  • 1) Device Setup
  • 2) TERMINAL SETUP
  • 3) Add
  • 4) Activate device
  • 5) Description - Your preferred device name. It can be Outlet Name, Branch Location, Door Location, etc
  • 6) Model - Select your device model
  • 7) IP Address - The IP Address that has been set at your device
  • 8) Serial Number - You can get device serial number from your device. Steps to get serial number from device: Menu -> System Info -> Device Info
  • 9) Device ID - A random number will be assigned
  • 10) Activate Now

* For users who download attendance data via thumb drive and have more than one device, please ensure that the Device ID set on each device matches the ID set in the software.
* This consistency allows the system to accurately identify the device location based on its ID. You can assign or tag the Device ID directly on the device by navigating to: Menu -> Comm -> PC Connection -> Device ID
