How To Set Up Multiple Shifts

1) Create all 4 preset schedules that the employees will be worked on. Eg, Schedule 1, 2, 3 and 5 as Shift-X

2) Create the Joint Schedule as Multiple Shift-X with Schedule No. 4. Select all preset Shift-X into this Multiple Shift-X, eg. Shift 1, 2, 3 and 5

Employees working in 4 shifts can be assigned to Schedule No. 4, allowing the system to automatically detect the appropriate shift based on the employee's check-in time.
