How To Setup Time Zone From Software and Update To Devices

1) Select Door Access on the left panel

2) Click on DOOR ACCESS CONTROL

1) Select Time Zone Tab

2) Check on TimeZone 1

3) Key in Description and then click update

4) Update Time Zone from Sunday to Saturday, for example 0900 – 1200

5) Select Terminal

6) Click Update Time Zone to Terminal

7) You may continue to setup TimeZone 2, if needed

1) Select Time Zone Group Tab

2) Check on TimeZoneGroup 1

3) Select Time Zone that you want to apply to this group. Maximum 3 Time Zone is allowed per Group

4) Select Terminal

5) Click Update Time Zone to Terminal

6) You may continue to setup TimeZoneGroup 2, if needed

1) Select User Time Zone Tab

2) Select the desired Employees you wish to assign to the Time Zone Group 1

3) Select the desired Terminal

4) Click on Update to Terminal

5) Followed by clicking Restart Terminal

6) You may continue to assign the desired Employees to the Time Zone Group 2, if needed
